StoneRiver Announces the Customer Stream™ Solution

Customer information management helps carriers operate faster, smarter

Oakland, CA, May 25, 2010 – StoneRiver, a leading provider of strategic core operational solutions for the insurance industry, announced today that the Customer Stream solution is now available. The Customer Stream system is a browser-based solution for property-casualty insurance carriers to manage information about the people and companies a carrier does business with, such as claimants, agents, and body repair shops. The functionality includes duplicate checking, importing, and address verification. Segmentation, privacy and security elements are featured to assist carriers to meet regulations surrounding the sensitive nature of some of the information. For example, an agent accessing the Customer Stream solution through a portal would be able to see information for the book of business for that agency only.
