Gary Anderson, President and CEO
Gary has overall responsibility for operations and growth strategies across P&C and Life businesses. Gary joined the company in October 2003 and has over 30 years of experience in the insurance software industry. Over the last 11 years he has led various divisions within StoneRiver, serving most recently as COO. Prior to StoneRiver Gary held leadership roles with Trilogy Software and CSC.
Costa John, Chief Financial Officer
Costa's key areas of responsibility include financial reporting, planning and analysis, and facilities. Costa previously held the position of CFO at InsureWorx and Chief Officer positions in two NASDAQ-traded software firms, Mediaplex and IMSI. He is a former consulting partner with Grant Thornton International, CPAs.
Tom Chesbrough, Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing, Client Services
Tom Chesbrough oversees P&C Sales, Marketing and Client Services for StoneRiver, Inc. In his role with P&C and Reinsurance business operations, Tom is responsible for project and implementation, strategy and roadmap management, and execution. Tom has over 30 years of experience in information technology and insurance industry with positions ranging from CEO to CIO, Director and EVP with Nationwide Insurance, Thazar Solutions, Dodson Insurance Group and American Mutual Liability Insurance.
Lou D'Alessandro, Senior Vice President, P&C All-Lines Solutions
Lou's key responsibility is for the P&C solutions that address all lines of business. Before joining StoneRiver in 2008, Lou held senior positions in the software and technology market, including SVP of Clear Technology and VP, Global Technical Services at Sybase. His extensive experience also includes tenure as the General Manager for Financial Services at Tanning Technology Corporation, which included time as interim Chief Information Officer at E-Trade.
Jackie Janowiak, Senior Vice President, Workers' Compensation Solutions
Jackie is responsible for the company’s Workers’ Compensation solutions. A proven leader, Jackie’s 27 years with StoneRiver have given her experience in a number of areas, including business operations, software development and product strategy.
Jim Woodward, Senior Vice President, Life Carrier Solutions
Jim is responsible for overall leadership of the Life Carrier Division, including solutions for Policy Illustrations, Underwriting, Electronic Applications, and Policy Administration. Prior to joining StoneRiver in 2008, Jim spent 25 years in the software and services industry serving as head of both Services and Development organizations primarily in the Life and Health sectors for companies such as EDS, PMSC, S2 Systems, and Trintech Inc.
Sarah Wheeler, Vice President, Human Resources
In addition to directing HR functions, Sarah consults with the businesses’ leadership on strategic analysis and initiatives with particular attention on the development of staff, managers and culture that supports the division’s success. Before StoneRiver, Sarah held a key role in Affirmative Action Planning Services for an employers' association as well as in roles in HR for a college, manufacturing and banking.
